To my surprise, the usual place I go to where there were three adjoining Bah Kut Teh restaurants were all demolished due to the road expansion works. That being said, I had to make a U Turn and head back a little to Taman Megamas to another place called Restoran Chung Sun. Sad to know that those wooden shops have been demolished. I am sure they have relocated elsewhere but need to do some research finding their new place.

I went up to the boss, a Mr. Lau who was preparing the dishes at that time and asked him what he has to offer. He was quite helpful and explained to me the various dishes they have here. However his first question was ...how many people and I responded with...one. Then he said that I have no choice but to try the standard Bak Kut Teh and perhaps another vegetable.

I was told that they serve the standard Bak Kut Teh, Pork Trotter in Deep Soup, Black Pepper Bak Kut Teh, Drunken Chicken as their favorites. They also have a dry spicy chicken dish that is reasonably famous too. Since I was alone, I could not try the other dishes today but they surely looked good.

This restaurant was mainly manned by the boss and son at the kitchen and his wife less friendly wife at the cashier. Then they have a number of Cambodian staffs too. I also noted one of the Cambodian staffs who assisted at the kitchen.

On the whole, the place was great and I would definitely come back again with a larger group to try other dishes. On the whole, for todays entries, it cost me RM 17.00 in total.

Yip Jiun Hann, U bukan Muslim kami harap jangan menyetul hal Agama Muslim dan kebaikan NABI MUHAMMAD S.A.W.

I am Mr. Bob Tan, I was in that incident when Datuk Yip Kum Fook and his team to remove the Buddhist monks from the Temple (Samnak Sambodhi, Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong), we are very sorry (pity) for the monks, and they forced the Buddhist monks, they used the police, thugs and their friends.
ReplyDeleteFrom that day until now, the Temple cannot be development because of the mistakes made by the Buddhist monks, and they will sin in the future or today. Everything is waiting for the timer. Now Datuk Yip Kum Fook has a court case, and his lawyer will be gone soon.
However, he knows what people are gossiping about on the internet because he has low knowledge, and he is a lover of cheating and just telling lies. We heard his family was destroyed in future because he did bad things in his life
His brother-in-law (Simon Low Kok Meng) is a CID or spy for Datuk Yip Kum Fook, he brings documents, news, messages to Datuk Kum Fook, this is Mr. Simon Low, you have to be careful, he is a crocodile (danger), Mr. Simon Low has a lowest education, and we heard he did not finish Form 3.

An online search did not find any recent Malaysian court case where an individual named Yip Kum Fook was ordered to pay damages of RM40,000. The search results do, however, point to a High Court case from 2014, Embassy Court Sdn Bhd v Yip Kum Fook & Ors, which established a legal principle regarding stakeholder solicitors.
ReplyDeleteHere's what the search results found:
A High Court case from 2014 involving Yip Kum Fook In Embassy Court Sdn Bhd v Yip Kum Fook & Ors, the High Court in Kuala Lumpur ruled that a stakeholder solicitor cannot release funds without the consent of all involved parties. This case is relevant in the context of the Housing Development Act 1966. The RM40,000 figure is not mentioned in connection with this case in the search results.
Legal commentary mentions the case The 2014 case is referenced in a legal article from December 2024 to illustrate the duties of a stakeholder solicitor. Possible misinterpretation of information It is possible that the RM40,000 figure is related to a different aspect of this, or another, legal proceeding. Court cases are complex, and it is common for details to become mixed up over time.
For accurate details about a specific court case, it is best to consult official court records or legal news outlets.
