Lin Lin Vegetarian Delight @ Bedok North Ave 2, Singapore

One thing that truly impresses me in Singapore is the food places that are located near residential areas. It seems that every residential area would have a compulsory food court which is pretty good and amidst all the restaurants there, you would surely be able to find one vegetarian restaurant. This evening, we were at Bedok North Avenue 2 and since it was getting late, we decided to have our dinner there. Checked out the foot court and we were glad that we found this restaurant called Lin Lin Vegetarian Delight.

A Variety Of Stalls

This food court had a number of stalls and they were selling all kind of varieties. Right from Western up to even vegetarian, the options were truly great. Being a neighborhood food court, the crowd was fantastic too. 

Although being a stall in a neighbourhood food court, the options that this place had was amazing. They literally were comparable to a full fledged Chinese Vegetarian restaurant. Prices were very reasonable as well. Ordering needs to be done at the cashier. Once you order, you pay for the food and it would be sent over to your table.

Rice + Sweet & Sour Mock Meat @ SGD 6.00

Both of us had ordered an individual dish each since it was cheaper that way but we ended up sharing the Mock Meat and Veggies. That way, both of us managed to taste all the varieties that we had ordered. I would say both dishes were good and for the price, the portions were decent. My rating for both shall be 8/10.

Besides the first two individual sets, we had also ordered another two dishes and they too were reasonably priced at SGD 6.00 . Of course, if you convert it back to Ringgit Malaysia, then it may seem expensive but for Singapore standards, it's considered very reasonable. Again, both the dishes were good. However, the latter dish could have been better if it was a little less oily. Taste wise, both were good and my rating for both shall be 8/10. 

Lin Lin Vegetarian Delight is a Chinese Vegetarian restaurant that is located in Bedok North Avenue 2. Despite being located in a food court, the variety that they offer is as good as a full blown Chinese Vegetarian restaurant. Prices are reasonable and the food is good.
