Caffe Cino is a brand of Cafe outlets that belongs to the Hilton group and is found in all Hilton Hotels nationwide. This particular one that I visited is located in Hilton Petaling Jaya and is on the Ground Floor.

This is an ideal place to have meetings and discussions as the environment is generally quiet. Usually there used to be more space with sofa like chairs but that section has been closed off temporarily as some renovation is in progress.

The selection of cakes available is simply good. Do note that Hilton Petaling Jaya serves one of the best Cheesecakes in town. Due to the festive season, there are a lot of gingerbread's being sold too.

Besides the items available in their menu, they do have monthly promotions covering a number of food which includes cakes, beer, wines and etc. Do ask them for their monthly promotions as they tend to be good value for money. As they were quite busy, I placed my orders at the counter itself and then went over to my table.

Every time I come here, I find it strange that they would take at least 25 minutes to send over the drinks. I am not sure why it takes that long but without fail, that has always been the case. Since most people end up ordering the cakes or sandwiches that have already been prepared and placed at the display, the only thing that needs preparation is the drink and I doubt it takes 25 minutes or more to fix a glass of tea. Well, that is one of the setback here and definitely needs improvement. The Teh Tarik that I ordered was good but not great. It definitely has a 5 star class to it but was still a long way to perfection. So far, the best tea in a hotel in the Klang Valley that I have tried would be in Mandarin Oriental Hotel. I would only rate this tea at 8.5/10 .

The Turkey Ham Sandwich was quite nice. It had a good spread of Turkey Ham, Cheese and Tomatoes. Despite being a cold dish, the bread was quite soft and it definitely had some good flavours to it. For the price paid, it was worth it. I would rate this sandwich at 8.8/10 .
Once again, it can be a challenge to get their attention and to get the bill over. It usually takes at least 15 minutes of your time trying to draw their attention to you and then once requested, it takes another 15 minutes for them to bring the bill over. If you are running late, it is best to walk over to the counter and get them to prepare the bill on the spot or else, you may need an additional 30 minutes just to get that sorted. Otherwise, it is a great place to dine.
