One thing that I love about this place is the design. They have a small open air seating area that is comfortably ventilated and another large air-conditioned dining area that has some amazing design to it. Be it family dining, friends reunion or even dates, they have a set up that would suit you best.

Customer Service was excellent. Their staffs were very efficient in handling customers and they are with you in a breeze. Within minutes, the order is keyed in to the system and the cutlery along with the order summary is placed at your table. They even give you a pitcher of plain water which is free of charge. They have a range of coffee to choose from and I went for their house speciality which is the Bon Gout Cafe Latte which was priced at RM 9.90 . A pretty bold coffee and the blend was good. My rating for this shall be 7/10. Their Mushroom Soup was priced at RM 12.90 and it comes with two slices of bread. The portions were huge as well. I enjoyed the soup, the flavours were good and the mix of mushrooms were lovely. My rating for this shall be 7/10.

The Lamb Chop came with two decent sized cuts and some mint sauce, potatoes and salad on the sides. I won't say that it was pricey because most outlets sell these for more than RM 30.00 . The preparation was decent and I would rate this at 7/10. Their Pork Chops came with two meaty cuts and served with the same sides. The meat itself was quite tender and the marination was nice. My rating for this shall be 8/10.

Despite being a relatively new cafe, Bon Gout does have an excellent customer management system in place and a wonderful ambiance. Very efficient staffs and reasonably priced dishes. A good place to visit for decent Western food.
