Restoran Mangkuk Ayam @ Cyberjaya, Selangor

Restoran Mangkuk Ayam is a Halal restaurant that serves a mix of Malay and Chinese dishes. They are located on the Lower Ground Floor or D'Pluze Mall, Cyberjaya. Actually, it is quite easy to locate them. If you're coming down on the escalator that is from where the Money Changer is, the moment you come down, look right and you would be able to see this restaurant.

Old School Design

The space is decent, not too large and I love the designs. Even the cutlery carries the old school theme and that is why the name of the restaurant is also Mangkuk Ayam. They have a handful of dishes and I decided to try their Prawn Mee. I chose the set as it comes with a drink as well and it is reasonable priced at RM 14.90 .

Their Iced Coffee was good and it came in a tall glass. Even their Prawn Mee came in a large bowl which I felt was value for money.

Overall, I found the preparation to be good. Despite being a Halal establishment, they could bring out the original flavours of the dish and it was pretty close to the non Halal version. Huge prawns were added to the dish and the other additions were sliced chicken, egg and Tofu. My rating for this dish shall be 7/10. 

For a good bowl of Halal Prawn Mee and Curry Mee in Cyberjaya, I would recommend visiting Restoran Mangkuk Ayam that is located in D'Pulze Shopping Centre. The food is good, ambiance is lovely and reasonable prices.
